Before

After you reach out to

us on through our Contact Form, you'll hear from us within 3 business days to schedule an intake call.

The form helps us initially understand your need, so we can decide if we are the right fit for you.

 

Intake calls help us determine your possible challenges, or explore your goals. 

​

Based on your intake call we will draft an on-boarding plan that may include; a service agreement and quote including payment agreement, project timeline, goals, objectives, metrics, scope, risks, media consent/release form, and a communication plan.

 

Documents will be drafted with your input to keep everyone on the same page and in the loop.  Alignment is key!

Once an initial payment is received project work can begin.

We will keep your project information confidential.

During

Project work can be done in-person, virtual, or hybrid. Often we need to see your business in-person if you have a brick-and-mortar location.

​

We will work with you to find the right amount of time needed to accomplish project milestones while remaining within time constraints.  Often our clients are the drivers of how fast work can get done.

​

Working sessions can range from 30 minutes to 2 hours.  Sometimes a short call, simple email, or text message may be needed for informal conversations.

 

Observations can span 1 hour to a full-day.  This depends on how may people we observe, how long their process is, etc. 

 

Working sessions are designed to support project goals, and have activities which maximize our time together, preventing useless meetings.

We promise to be completely transparent about what can be accomplished within given time frames.

​

We will always provide regular project status updates, and we expect you to commit to communicating with us too.

After

Once we conclude work, we'll leave you with an Implementation Plan/Roadmap and tangible Deliverables.

​

You'll get a digital packet with your plans, templates, and project reports. This can be printed for an extra fee.

​

We can follow up with you during a post project warranty period of 90 days to check on your progress, and see if adjustments are needed.

​

Our engagement with you does not have to end there!  You can reach out to us for continued follow-ups, or hire us to help you with smaller tasks or items that were deemed out of scope before.
